Tips

Digital PDFs beat scans. A PDF exported from accounting software will always outperform a photo of a printed invoice.

For scans, use 300 DPI. Lower resolution causes recognition errors, especially in small fonts or dense tables.

Avoid heavy JPEG compression. Artifacts confuse the parser. Use PNG for scanned documents if file size allows.

One document per file. Multi-document PDFs work but accuracy is lower. Split them before submitting if precision matters.
